WHAT A CLASS ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE.
You’ll arrive to a welcoming group in your local hall — nothing intimidating, no big studio energy.
Your instructor will guide you through the entire class, so you’re never left guessing what to do.
Our classes are dynamic and music-led, designed to keep things flowing and engaging — but you’ll always be given options throughout, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace if needed.
It’s a mix of strength, control, and flow, with a focus on the breath–body–mind connection Pilates is known for.
We finish each class with stretching and a short relaxation, so you leave feeling worked, but also reset (and more like yourself).

PLTS Club runs in 9-week terms rather than casual drop-in classes.
This is designed to help you build consistency, instead of starting and stopping each week or trying to find a class that fits.
Your class is already locked into your week — same time, same place — so there’s nothing to organise or decide each time.
It also means you get to settle into the class properly, feel more comfortable as the weeks go on, and actually notice progress.

WHO WILL BE GUIDING YOU
All PLTS Club classes are led by fully qualified instructors, trained in the PLTS method and known for their clear, supportive style.
You’ll be guided the entire way through, with a focus on making each class feel approachable, structured, and easy to follow.
It’s not about getting everything perfect — it’s about feeling confident in what you’re doing.
Many of our instructors have come through our own training programs, so the experience is consistent across every class.
PRICING AND STRUCTURE
Rather than casual drop-ins, PLTS Club runs in 9-week terms.
That means one class per week, at the same time and location — already built into your schedule.
Classes are $20 each, paid upfront for the term.
Total: $180
No rebooking, no scrambling for a spot — just something consistent you can rely on each week.

Not at all. Classes are designed to be easy to follow, even if you’re getting back into movement.

Just yourself, a mat, a drink bottle, and we recommend a jumper/socks/blanket for the colder months
