PLTS Club brings inclusive, accessible Pilates classes to community spaces across Hobart - spaces where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

These classes are all about feeling strong, grounded, and present - not perfect. It’s your hour of the week to move well, laugh a little, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

We believe Pilates should meet you where you are - literally. Our current locations are:

  • Mondays, 635pm

Classes run in 9-week terms.

Term 4 (2025) is currently underway, but you can join the waitlist for Term 1 (2026) to be first to know when new classes open.

These sessions are approachable but intentional - a mix of strength, stretch, and relaxation.

All you need is a mat and a water bottle (and maybe your favourite blanket for our cozy relaxation).

We’ll bring the vibes, the playlist, and the kind of movement that keeps you coming back.
