PLTS Club is a nine-week, music-led Mat Pilates series designed to become part of your week. One class, same time, each week — so you’re not relying on motivation or trying to fit it in. It’s already there.

You’ll move through the term alongside the same group of people, seeing familiar faces and building a quiet sense of community as you go. A steady rhythm that supports you, even when everything else feels busy.

Each class is designed to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more connected — not someday, but every time you walk out the door.

Whether you’re returning to Pilates or simply wanting something consistent to come back to each week, this is your space to move, breathe, and reset.
