PLTS Club is a nine-week, music-led Mat Pilates series designed to become part of your week. One class, same time, each week — so you’re not relying on motivation or trying to fit it in. It’s already there.
You’ll move through the term alongside the same group of people, seeing familiar faces and building a quiet sense of community as you go. A steady rhythm that supports you, even when everything else feels busy.
Each class is designed to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more connected — not someday, but every time you walk out the door.
