PLTS Club Term 1 is a nine-week, music-led Mat Pilates series designed to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself each week. One class a week, moving through the term together - so you’ll see familiar faces and build a little community along the way. A steady rhythm that supports you as life gets busy.

Whether you’re returning to Pilates, looking for a gentle reset, or simply wanting something consistent to look forward to – this is your hour to move well, breathe deeply, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

$171 for 9 weeks of movement that feels good.

  • Howrah — Monday nights, 6:35pm–7:20pm

  • Blackmans Bay — Tuesday nights, 6:35pm–7:20pm

  • Lauderdale — Thursday nights, 5:35pm–6:20pm and 6:35pm–7:20pm

  • Taroona — Thursday nights, 6:35pm–7:20pm

  • Claremont — Thursday nights, 6:35pm–7:20pm

  • New Norfolk — Thursday nights, 6:15pm–7:00pm **CLASS FULL FOR TERM 1**

  • New Norfolk - Thursday nights, 7:15pm-8:00pm

  • 9 weeks from the week commencing 16 February 2026

  • $171 for the full 9 week term (just $19 per class)
